Browsing, interacting with, or using our websites (including axiomtuning.art and its derivative platforms), as well as purchasing any membership or service, implies your full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Cookie Policy. This agreement governs the relationship between you (as a user/customer) and Axiom Tuning , owned by Ámbar Sarmiento Padín . If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
All Axiom Tuning material (audios, manuals, videos, logos and slogans such as "May your life be a paradise" and "The art of biological tuning" ) are the exclusive intellectual property of Ámbar Sarmiento Padín, with the creative collaboration of Wonder (AI Alternativa).
Personal and Non-Transferable Use: The audio sessions are for your personal use. Sharing, selling, editing, or publishing them in any digital or print medium is strictly prohibited.
Plagiarism Prohibition: Total or partial reproduction of the content for commercial purposes is not permitted. If you wish to cite information, you must include the reference: Ámbar Sarmiento Padín, Axiom Tuning, [Program Name], axiomtuning.art .
Trademark Protection: The name "Axiom Tuning" and "Axiom Tuning Method" may not be used by third parties to offer similar therapies, sessions, or products.
Unlimited Membership: This is a recurring monthly subscription or a one-time payment for unlimited access. Access to programs is sequential: the first program opens upon enrollment, and subsequent programs are automatically unlocked every 17 days (lock system).
Private Consultations: These have a cost per 30-minute session. The user is responsible for scheduling and attending on time.
Modifications: Axiom Tuning reserves the right to change rates at any time (changes will not affect periods already paid).
Satisfaction Guarantee (15 days): You have 15 days from your first payment to request a full refund if the payment method isn't what you expected. After the 16th day, no refunds will be issued. Recurring payments after the first month are not eligible for a refund.
Subscription Cancellation: You can cancel your membership at any time from your profile. You will continue to have access until the end of the period you have already paid for. It is the user's responsibility to cancel before the automatic billing date.
Inquiries: If you cancel less than 24 hours in advance or do not show up, you will lose the right to a refund and to reschedule the appointment.
Axiom Tuning offers support tools for well-being and personal development.
This is not medicine: Our services are not a substitute for the diagnosis, treatment, or advice of a medical or psychological professional. We do not claim to cure physical or mental illnesses.
Responsibility for Results: Results depend on consistency, commitment, and each user's biology. Axiom Tuning does not guarantee specific results, as the "reintegration" process is individual.
Use at your own discretion: The user is solely responsible for the life decisions they make during or after performing the tuning practices.
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential. If you detect any unauthorized access, please inform us immediately. Axiom Tuning is not liable for any losses resulting from the fraudulent use of your account by third parties due to lapses in the security of your devices.
Respectful language is required in chats, forums, and comments. The following are prohibited:
Sharing download links or private material.
Violent, discriminatory, or obscene language.
Impersonation. Axiom Tuning reserves the right to delete comments or cancel accounts that violate these rules without refund.
Axiom Tuning is not responsible for external technical failures (user internet problems, failures in their headphones, or technical incidents of the Podia or Stripe platform).
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Spain . For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts of Cáceres, Spain .

Uso Personal e Intransferible: Las sesiones de audio son para tu uso personal. Está estrictamente prohibido compartirlas, venderlas, editarlas o publicarlas en cualquier medio digital o impreso.
Prohibición de Plagio: No se permite la reproducción total o parcial de los contenidos con fines comerciales. Si deseas citar información, debes incluir la referencia: Ámbar Sarmiento Padín, Axiom Tuning, [Nombre del Programa], axiomtuning.art.
Protección de Marca: El nombre "Axiom Tuning" y "Método Axiom Tuning" no pueden ser utilizados por terceros para ofrecer terapias, sesiones o productos similares.
Membresía Unlimited: Es una suscripción recurrente mensual o un solo pago por acceso ilimitado. El acceso a los programas es secuencial: el primer programa se abre al inscribirse y los siguientes se desbloquean automáticamente cada 17 días (sistema de candados).
Consultas Privadas: Tienen un costo por sesión de 30 min. El usuario es responsable de agendar y asistir puntualmente.
Modificaciones: Axiom Tuning se reserva el derecho de cambiar las tarifas en cualquier momento (los cambios no afectarán a periodos ya pagados).
Garantía de Satisfacción (15 días): Tienes 15 días desde tu primer pago para solicitar un reembolso total si el método no es lo que esperabas. A partir del día 16, no se realizan reembolsos. Los pagos recurrentes posteriores al primer mes no están sujetos a reembolso.
Cancelación de Suscripción: Puedes cancelar tu membresía en cualquier momento desde tu perfil. Seguirás teniendo acceso hasta que termine el periodo que ya pagaste. Es responsabilidad del usuario cancelar antes de la fecha de cobro automático.
Consultas: Si cancelas con menos de 24 horas de antelación o no te presentas, se pierde el derecho al reembolso y a la reprogramación de la cita.
Axiom Tuning ofrece herramientas de apoyo para el bienestar y la superación personal.
No es Medicina: Nuestros servicios no sustituyen el diagnóstico, tratamiento o consejo de un profesional médico o psicológico. No pretendemos curar enfermedades físicas o mentales.
Responsabilidad de los Resultados: Los resultados dependen de la constancia, el compromiso y la biología de cada usuario. Axiom Tuning no garantiza resultados específicos, ya que el proceso de "reintegración" es individual.
Uso bajo propia conciencia: El usuario es el único responsable de las decisiones de vida que tome durante o después de realizar las prácticas de afinación.
Eres responsable de mantener la confidencialidad de tu contraseña. Si detectas un acceso no autorizado, infórmanos de inmediato. Axiom Tuning no se hace responsable de pérdidas derivadas del uso fraudulento de tu cuenta por terceros debido a descuidos en la seguridad de tus dispositivos.
En chats, foros o comentarios, se exige un lenguaje respetuoso. Está prohibido:
Compartir enlaces de descarga o material privado.
Lenguaje violento, discriminatorio u obsceno.
Suplantación de identidad. Axiom Tuning se reserva el derecho de eliminar comentarios o cancelar cuentas que violen estas normas sin derecho a reembolso.
Axiom Tuning no se hace responsable por fallos técnicos ajenos (problemas de internet del usuario, fallos en sus auriculares, o incidencias técnicas de la plataforma Podia o Stripe).
Este acuerdo se rige por las leyes del Reino de España. Para cualquier controversia, las partes se someten a los juzgados y tribunales de Cáceres (España).
